The first time I heard the National Anthem, after returning from Russia, was at one of my dad's basketball games. It was sung beautifully by the superintendent, and I cried! After spending a total of 38 days in Russia it wasn't hard to realize what an awesome country we live in, and I was so excited for Tori to be able to grow up in the land of the free...! And the first time I heard my 3 year old say the pledge...again...teared up.
I'm so proud of Viktoriya. She has done so well at her school! She may have been behind a bit when she arrived in the US of A, but it only took her a few weeks to catch up and soon pass her friends. When she was in her 2 year old class, she learned and now knows over 400 signs (language). Her daddy used to show her off everywhere we went. She continues to learn German, Spanish, French and Korean.
I can't wait to see where she goes in life! Thank you God for blessing us so abundantly!
